It was a beautiful atmosphere, I enjoy the services. I must say it was excellent. The food was great, it was really fresh, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, the compound was relaxing. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Great location and great view from room. The rooms have a lot to be desired. They are old and somewhat dirty. Although that may add to the charm for some people. Great view from the room , decent buffet okay Snack bar, staff was in the restaurant a friendly although I found at times the reception staff were slow and not the most pleasant. It was disappointing when I needed to change for my taxi but they didn’t have any to give me and I had to overpay my taxi driver from the airport. In addition to that this hotel charges more $20 to get to the airport then the normal taxi services do. I’m not gonna say that it’s a horrible stay but unfortunately my expectations were not met by a long shot . Good value for the price though I guess

Friendly staff, excellent service , and fantastc sea view witch many activities nearby.Lots of photo opportunities. Inclusive drinks and food were ok, but would like more authentic Jamaican cuisine options.

The service was excellent from the reception area to the food area. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was a bit limited but it got better because we were able to dine over the other property with more options. Room and everywhere was clean.

I was very disappointed. Room looked nothing like what I booked online. They told me that was because Trip.com use different pictures but when I went in their site it was the same pictures. Was not very inviting. My toilet ran the whole time I was there. Took 2 days for me to get towels and when they did bring it and gave me 1 room service for a 3 day stay I did not even get a clean rag. Some of the workers were not very pleasant as if my stay wasn’t paid for in advanced. Would never stay here again unless they have a new management and improvements. Good luck! I enjoyed most of my stay outside looking at the ocean. So sad what ppl have to go thru for their hard working money.

Stay wasn't pleasant the room wasn't clean it needed repairs the water was cold my entire stay the gift shop was closed so you had to purchase wash cloths from a store nearby. I would never stay there again

The air condition wasnt working in room then they change change me to another room the air wasnt working inthat room and i have asthma and it was triggered by the hearvthey never had clean towels and no face towels the toliet over flowed it took tfor me to call twice so they can come and fix it and the food had flys everywhere and a lot of cats and then the hot wayer heater broke and they failed to tell us it was only when i called i learned it was broken i fell i should be confesated for all my troubles and when i mention it she said she couldnt and no manager was available! I have an large following on social media i would never refer this place to no one not even an enemy
